Veterans Disability Benefit

Service Connected Benefits Compensation is awarded when a veteran honorably served in the military and was injured or had medical condition manifest itself within one year of his discharge then he may be entitled to disability benefits. A veteran does not have to be totally disabled to receive benefits and the amount of benefits will vary depending of the level of disability. Additionally, the veteran's personal assets will have no bearing on his eligibility for disability related benefits.
