Disability compensation benefits are funds available from public and sometime private organizations to help a disabled person who is unable to work to earn a living. These types of benefits are provided by Social Security, Supplemental Security Insurance, and various other State, local and federal organizations. For example, a veteran with an active service related disability may be eligible to receive over $3,100.00 per month in disability compensation benefits.
