Case heard by Administrative Law Judges are approved at a rate of approximately fifty per cent while those cases on appeal or on reconsideration are approved a significantly lower rate. DDS and SSI are federal programs reviewed by employees who may be too subjective and not objective in their assessments of case related medical information.
