Copd

COPD or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease is a condition covered by the Social Security disability insurance. There is a five step process claimants with this condition must complete to be awarded benefits. 1. Determine if they are not working or earning substantial funds, 2. Determine if the condition limits their ability to perform work activities, 3. Have the lungs medically evaluated, 4. Determine if the person can still perform their past work and finally, determine if there is any other work they can perform.
